ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for a return, the hair extensions must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been worn, styled, or damaged by the customer.
RETURN PROCESS: Contact our customer support team via email or phone to initiate the return process. We will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorization number.
RETURN SHIPPING: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
REFUND TIMEFRAME: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund after receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued for the purchase price of the hair extensions, excluding any shipping fees.

Due to our Slavic extensions coming directly from Russia, the processing time could take up to 14 business days.
